Crew Meal Policy

Feeding the Team
That Runs Your Event

Crew meals are not included in package rates — and this is intentional. Food availability varies by venue and location, and we never want to assume. This is a standard part of every booking that we ask all clients to be aware of before confirming.

Option A

Client Prepares the Meals

You are very welcome to prepare meals for our crew — we genuinely appreciate the gesture. We only ask that the food is worth at least ₱200 per person per meal to ensure the team is properly nourished throughout the event. This is not about preference — it is about making sure they have the energy to deliver their best work for you.

Option B

Add Meal Allowance to Booking

If food is not accessible at your venue or you prefer not to arrange it yourself, simply add a meal allowance to your booking and we will take care of it. This is especially practical for events in remote locations, private estates, or venues where outside food is not easily available.
